Has anyone used Forvo (.com) to check pronunciation of Welsh words that might not appear in SSIW challenges? The words are recorded by different speakers (who have ‘names’) but I cannot see anywhere it might say what the dialect/area is for each speaker (except for the balloon marker on a little map). ‘Focalist’ seems to have a South or Mid-Wales (?) accent and ‘LlaisCymreig’ sounds Northern for example.
I have not, but I will certainly have a listen now

It’s very interesting to listen to the same word pronounced by people from different parts of Wales.
