Did you want?

What’s the right way for ‘Do you want?’ and ‘Did you want?’

Hi @vincent-wibier

…because of the familiar and formal/plural ‘you’, the north and the south variants, present and past, there are a few combinations

Do you want? Familiar first…

Wyt ti’n moyn (S)?
Wyt ti isio (N)?

Y’ch chi’n moyn?
Y’ch chi isio?

Did you want?

Replace wyt with o’t (Oeddet in full)
Replace Y’ch with o’ch

In case it is part of the question ‘Want’ is a stative verb (which represent states of mind usually) and they use the ‘was’ tense for the past…
