Eisteddfod Amgen / Alternative National Eisteddfod 2021

Yet again this year it has not been possible for the Eisteddfod Genedlaethol (National Eisteddfod) to be held as planned, so instead the Eisteddfod organising committee have a rich and varied programme of online activities planned - the Eisteddfod Amgen 2021 - an opportunity to enjoy a National Eisteddfod from wherever you live!

The Eisteddfod will kick off on Saturday 31 July with a weekend of entertainment - something for everyone!

Join us for a fantastic weekend of live sets, and music sessions as we unveil our secret festival to kick-off this year’s Eisteddfod AmGen in style.
From early afternoon till late, we’ll be livestreaming some absolutely amazing music on Saturday and Sunday, 31 July and 1 August.
It’s all coming live to your home from Aberystwyth Arts Centre - and there’s some seriously limited tickets available to buy for the event. So if you want to be in with a chance to join us, click here or ring 01970 623 232 at 10:00 on Thursday 15 July.

We’ve chosen Wales’ best bands and performers to join us for a real taste of the Eisteddfod. Some are playing live sets and we’ve recorded others in amazing locations over the past few weeks. And it’ll all be livestreamed to your phone, computer or TV wherever you are!
