It says six minutes but the sessions go on much longer and go into a ‘-XXX’.
Is this right? How long should I be spending on them?

Croeso, Welcome to the forum. Yes, there seems to be something weird with the display of the duration of the lessons at the moment but the individual challenges are 25mins long - so that can be chunked up - as it works for you.
Are you doing a structured course?..if so I think you get your work packets sent out weekly on a Monday don’t you…
…if you’ve subscribed - whatever you say to yourself goes!
