Keeping the conversation going in Welsh

I started Level just after c-19 lockdown and have nowj reached Challenge 20. Congratulations, Arran and Co on creating such an enjoyable and effective course. I’m lucky to be married to a Welsh speaker, so am able to practice regularly. Our problem is that because we’ve always spoken English to each other, it’s difficult to keep the conversation going before we revert to English. Any tips on how we can avoid this would be much appreciated.

Perseverance I think is the key. There is someone on the forum in the same boat as you that documented his challenge on making Welsh the main language in his house. Very inspiring. I’ll try to find it and link it here unless someone else beats me to it. Just keep at it. Good luck.

Hope this works.
