Lesson 6 level 1 won't download

Hello,

I’ve been using the app for the last few weeks and been really enjoying it. I can’t seem to download lesson 6 for some reason. When I tap the yellow cloud it makes an anticlockwise circle but doesn’t download. Also if I hold my finger on a lesson and then press download, the square of the lesson flashes back and forth between 0% and 2,700.

Can anyone offer advice? As I’d really like to continue this course.

The first thing that I’d try is to force quit the app, and re-start. There’s been some issues with it getting into a funky state, which will hopefully be fixed in the next version (which will probably come out in a few weeks).

Are you signed into an ssi account in the app?
