Ugh! It doesn’t feel slow while I’m talking, but it sounds much slower when I listen back. You can almost hear the gears whirring in my brain as I try to keep going for a longer sentence.

Sorry, I think it’s around 19 to 21 seconds, it’s too hard for me to hear the sounds in it unfortunately! 
I think I understand though from all of you what it definitely really means though! Diolch!

I’m at work at the moment so I can listen but can’t record, but I wanted to answer now in case I forget when I get home! Around 19-21 seconds I said that "Jaman yw gair Cofi - Caernarfon - yr ugeinfed ganrif ".
