Diolch yn fawr! Dwi angen gwybod rhywbeth rwan - this quarantine is really getting me restless and I’ve been looking for some guided way to stretch out my body a bit. Normally, all the exercise I do is built into my transportation requirements, so it’s great to have some guidance with purposeful workouts.
