I’m slightly sad it’s going to Llandaf Fields, because the setting was so great in the Castle (and I loved that the Welsh language was right at the centre of the city like that). But it does mean that it’s grown too big for the old site, which has to be a good thing 
It’s a great event (and it’s free!) so thoroughly recommended to anyone who’s in the area.

Tafwyl is only moving temporarily for this year because of the UEFA Champions League final and other events taking place. It will be moving back to Cardiff Castle next year. You’re right @sarapeacock, its special to have a Welsh language festival in the city centre so it draws in people who wouldn’t normally attend.

I did it the other day - painless experience, and I’m really looking forward to being part of the event rather than just a visitor
