Hi Sue!

I’m so sorry for your confusion. The first challenge to get your pink badge is to be able to say the sentences to yourself and practice this every day. The second challenge, when you’ve gained your pink badge is to record yourself saying the sentences and post them to this thread here - The '5 Minutes' Test - SoundCloud 'Sentences' recording **Pink to Red** 🔴 then you can gain your red badge.
