Hi Catrin, I thought these were two different exercise on two different weeks. The first one was to use each phrase just once. The second was to do the same exercise every day (if I understood it correctly) . I find the forum really confusing and difficult to use. I will go back to the instructions, and I think there was also a tutorial?

I’m so sorry for your confusion. The first challenge to get your pink badge is to be able to say the sentences to yourself and practice this every day. The second challenge, when you’ve gained your pink badge is to record yourself saying the sentences and post them to this thread here - Maintenance - SaySomethingin then you can gain your red badge.
