Translation from welsh to english

Can anyone help me to translate Hafan y Coed from welsh to English. I put this into google translate and it came out with The Home of the Trees. I don’t know what Hafan means in English but didn’t think it meant Home. Thank you.

In computer terms Hafan does mean ‘home’ (hafan is Welsh for homepage), and figuratively it maybe could be used as ‘home’, but it has various translations as given by GPC (Geiriadur Prifysgol Cymru), none of which are ‘home’ i.e.
gap, pass, cleft, fissure, gorge, ravine, estuary, narrow bay, inlet, creek, haven, anchorage, port, harbour.
So which one it means depends very much on the geography it’s in.
Y Coed could mean ‘the trees’, or it could mean ‘the wood’.
Have a look at the surrounding area - even if the trees/wood are not there anymore, the rest of the terrain should be, and then you can decide which word describes it best.
