Mmm… nothing comes immediately to mind… you can’t remember the context in any more detail, I suppose?

Having not heard it so can’t be sure, my guess would be that it could possibly been “a prinder” or “â phrinder” which is either “and scarcity/definciency” or “with scarcity/deficiency” (and technically the p would mutate to ph but this doesn’t always happen in speech). Would that make sense in the context?
