TroyHughes

Grandson of a Scots/Welshman who worked in the coal mines of Iowa as a young boy. Great grandson of a Welshman who broke his back in those same mines, recovered and went back to work in the mine while raising his nine children after his young wife was killed while nursing their infant son by a stray bullet from a street fight. I am proud to be a Welshman in America. And I owe it to them to carry on the language of MY fathers.
Now convincing my four daughters that they should follow in the footsteps of their father is an entirely different matter. smile
