I have tried to download level 1 lesson 1 but nothing happens and I don’t know what to do now.

Ok are you on an iPhone or Android - because the Apps are different and work differently on downloading ?

I am on an iPhone. I pressed and held the lesson number and it said download but nothing appears to have happened

Ok did you press the download pop up when it appeared?..it should then do a little egg timer filling-thing whilst the file transfers?

Perfect. No I hadn’t I thought the pop up meant it was doing it. Sorted now thanks
