National Eisteddfod camping 2022

Hello! I haven’t been around here for a while - although I’m forever grateful to Aran and co for teaching me Welsh a few years ago! I’m hoping to book a couple of camping pitches at the National Eisteddfod, and I had a note in my diary to try at 10am tomorrow. I know this forum to be a fount of all knowledge, so I was wondering if anyone had heard anything on the grapevine? Last year they were going to roll over bookings - but there are bound to be a few places going from people who no longer want their reservation from a couple of years ago.

Just in case anyone else is wondering - we phoned the office and they said they’d take that page down, but to keep an eye on communications / social media etc for a new date.

Gwych! I hope to catch up with you at the Eisteddfod! Watch for any news from Cymdeithas yr Iaith as well. They usually organise a campsite too.

Good point! I haven’t checked where/if the cymdeithas site is planned this year. Yes it would be lovely to see you, and everyone!! It still feels like an impossible dream at the moment, but with luck…
