North Level 3 - Number of lessons?

Hello,

I’ve come to the end of Level 3 (again) and notice that there are fewer lessons in this level than in the previous. Does this mean there are more lessons to come (up to around 25) or is it finished?

Incidentally, while looking over the South version, there is even fewer, so am I right to assume that this is a work in progress?
