If an object is above something do I use ‘uwch’ or ‘dros’?
my attempt would be something like: mae swits galau ar uwch y llyfr?
uwchben is the word you need for above (as in positioned directly above something)
e.g. the birds fly above the trees = mae adar yn hedfan uwchben y coed
