Oldest British literature

I went to see Harriet Earis at Butser Iron Age Farm yesterday evening. The roundhouse was a brilliant venue, but the best thing was listening to Harriet sharing her love of Welsh literature. Y Gododdin is an amazingly and beautifully structured piece of work - the skill and art of the Bardd was truly top-notch.
A lovely experience and the chance to chat again with Harriet was lovely.
Thanks Harriet!!

PS. She would be an amazing addition to any Mini-SSiW-festival we were thinking of instigating. @aran

I heartily second that. I’ve also had the pleasure of attending @HarrietEaris’s courses (in Llanilar) as well as a couple of her harp performances. Very interesting and talented woman. :+1:
