Welsh cafe's/restaurants/shops

Hi everyone I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask this question. I’ve been learning Welsh using Say something in welsh for a week now, I’m already happy with the progress I’m making. I’m from Aberystwyth but go to uni in Cardiff, I would love to know of any Welsh Cafe’s/Restaurants/shops in either areas. I’ve been to one which is Baravin in Aberystwyth, which I must say is great! Any help would be appreciated, Diolch

Brilliant idea for a topic!

Here’ an excellent article in @neilrowlands Parallel Cymru magazine.

It would be great if we could all add our personal experiences of great places.

I’ve got to say that I was really impressed with Caffi Soar in Merthyr last weekend.

@peterallen Thank you the website is really useful

@JohnYoung Thank you, yes I think that’s a great idea. I went to Baravin in Aberystwyth before it is mainly Italian food and was very nice. The staff mainly speak Welsh and are very friendly so even if your welsh Isn’t fully up to scratch they won’t judge you. It is very nice place for a drink aswell.

Hiya @JohnYoung, thanks for the shout-out. The link to the map is https://parallel.cymru/siarad/.
@Nicky told me about Baravin in Aber (I’m crowd-sourcing the recomendations), and glad that you were able to use Welsh there @cameron-james.
