@sionned meant you type the forum name into the search bar (magnifying glass) on the forum and not on the map or elswhere.
For example: if you see "tatjana" on the map you go to the forum, type the name into the search bar which appears with clicking on magnifying glass and the software will automatically give you the results while you type. First they'll be the links to the topics "tatjana" has posted in, leading you to exactly the post search tool found for you and down below the list of topics there will be the list of members with particular name (word) involved giving you some suggestion to who this member might be. If you don't see the right "tatjana" one you click "more" if there would be more of them (me - haha) and you'd get the whole list of members dropping down the search box.
For the screenshot we'll experiment with the name "peter" rather then "tatjana" as I am almost certain only one am here with such name (written with "ja" not "ia"). I'm searching for the name peter and get what I've discribed above.
Clicking on "more topics" throws you to the list of posts whch contain word "peter" in any form. There you can also see who posted the post and except of what it is written in it.
Clicking on the "more people" (members) shows you the list of members right down from search toolbar as a list of members. If there are more members found as the window could show, you have to scroll down to see the rest. Clicking on one's name or icon sends you directly to their profile. The rest you know already I believe.
Oh, yah, but you can get some "missleads" in the search too, like this one which member is actually McPeters surname and it's written in the text ... However, more or less you get the handy findings from this list.
Hope it helps.
